Ingrid Liepa holds degrees in Environmental Studies from University of Waterloo and Law from the University of Calgary, as well as a certificate in Mountain Adventure Skills Training from the College of the Rockies.  She has completed training in facilitation & collaborative decision making with Mount Royal College, the Clean Air Strategic Alliance and the Art of Hosting.

She is a TAIStm-certified performance coach and has studied extensively with a wide variety of teachers of leadership, soft-skills and self-discovery. And last but not least, she brings a wealth of perspectives from having worked for every level of government, non-profits, industry associations, and a large power corporation.
